We know that one of the first questions for anyone charged with the crime is, “How much does a defense lawyer cost?” We offer competitive rates for DUI and other criminal cases. We are one of the only firms in the area that posts our fees online.

• DUI (1st) – $6,000
• DUI (2nd) – $8,000
• DUI (3rd or more) – inquire for a quote
• Misdemeanor Domestic Violence (1st) – from $5,500 to $7,500
• Other Misdemeanor Cases – inquire for a quote
• Felony Cases – inquire for a quote

Payment Plans

For flat fees, we offer payment plans for clients with a credit card. We will require some money up front and work out a monthly payment plan that works for your financial situation.
