Criminal Defense & Family Law

Collin March is a seasoned attorney with a passion for championing his clients through the labyrinth of our legal system. His dedication to helping others took root in early on in law school where he came to understand his love for learning about his clients and guiding them through challenging times.

Collin is excited to continue using his legal acumen as a part of the Kalamaya Goscha team to advocate for clients navigating distressing family law and criminal defense issues through the often overwhelming criminal justice system. His blend of professional expertise, personal dedication, and genuine care for his clients makes him a standout advocate in his field.

A Legacy of Advocacy

Collin launched his legal career as a Deputy Public Defender in Colorado Springs and later rose to the position of Senior Deputy Public Defender at the Adams County Trial Office. During this tenure, he honed his trial skills, handling hundreds of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felony-level offenses. Remarkably, he has taken over 60 cases to trial, securing numerous successes for his clients. From traffic offenses and DUIs to homicide cases, Collin’s advocacy has consistently led to the best possible outcomes for those he represents.

Expanding Horizons

Not one to rest on his laurels, Collin also practiced law in Seattle, Washington, at the Associated Counsel for the Accused Division. This role further enriched his understanding of the criminal justice system, equipping him with the knowledge and experience to advocate effectively for his clients across various jurisdictions.

Family Law Expertise

Driven by his passion for helping clients achieve the best outcomes, Collin expanded his practice to include family law. He now adeptly handles divorce, child custody, and APR cases, bringing the same level of dedication and expertise to the family law courtroom as he does to criminal defense.

Beyond the Courtroom

Outside the courtroom, Collin is an avid reader, outdoor enthusiast, and proud pet parent to his Labrador, Luna. He appreciates the importance of family pets, seeing them as integral members of any household. His personal experiences bring a unique empathy to his practice.
