Join Our Growing Team in Glenwood Springs

Kalamaya Goscha Law Firm

We’ve redefined divorce from being a damaging process to a healing transformation for individuals and families in the mountains. We represent individuals who are charged with crimes and confronting the prospect of having their liberty taken away. We are looking for someone who can share our vision to join the team.

You will be responsible for representing people who desperately need help keeping their lives together while they endure some of the most challenging times in their life. You will need compassion, patience, and the ability to give clear advice. You will be in court often. The job is challenging, but deeply rewarding.

Our firm is focused on personal disputes — divorce/family law, personal injury and criminal defense — with offices in Aspen, Edwards and Glenwood Springs. This position is based in our Glenwood Springs office with an emphasis on family law and criminal defense cases in Garfield and Eagle County. There is fluidity in working between all three offices and remotely depending on court appearances and client demands.

We’re looking for a trial attorney with an upbeat, pleasant personality. Building relationships is critical for how we operate – you should be comfortable having long conversations about personal issues and being able not only to give advice, but listen.

We live and breathe technology and the internet is our back yard. The entire team communicates on Slack, our closed messaging system, and we have employees working remotely and in 3 different mountain offices. This should excite you, not scare you.

Your career growth is as important to us as helping our clients and their families. The sky is the limit for our growing, innovative team. You will be mentored by young, but seasoned and award-winning trial attorneys.

Not only is your career growth important, but your time and effort are valuable and deserve our complete support. We provide 100% paid medical insurance, unlimited vacations, no billable hour requirement, ski pass, free phone, retirement savings account, and more.
